However, these services come with a number of drawbacks, including: High marketplace cuts that make it more expensive for end - users to rent a property. Increased competition that makes it harder for Cyan Door's properties to stand out and showcase their worth. Lack of control over the user experience, including the landing page and targeted marketing opportunities. Difficulty in improving end- user relationships and experiences. Limited scalability
